A.  While traditional timber decking typically needs replacing after 5-10 years, our premium capped composite decking can last 25-30 years when properly installed and maintained. This eliminates the need for expensive annual timber treatments, making it a cost-effective long-term solution.

A. Composite decking is extremely low maintenance - regular cleaning with soap and water is usually sufficient to maintain its appearance. Unlike timber decking, there's no need for annual staining, sealing, or treatment, saving you time and money throughout the year.

A.  Our Premium Composite Decking Range includes four colours: Charcoal Black, Slate Grey, Teak, and Antique. All boards come in 3.6m lengths and are reversible,

A.  Yes, like all building materials, composite decking expands and contracts with temperature changes. Our installation guides include detailed spacing charts and specify that standard gap and joint sizes are 6mm, with adjustments needed based on installation temperature.

A.  Yes, we provide comprehensive free installation guides for both composite decking and artificial grass. These include detailed step-by-step instructions with technical diagrams to help DIY installers achieve professional results.

A.  Joist centres must be no more than 350mm apart, and all board joints must be laid on double joists. All timber must be treated, structural C24 grade. The joist to joist centres must be 350mm for proper support.

Our composite decking is priced at £27.60 per 3.6m board (reduced from £34.95). This includes the capped composite boards with all the premium features - water resistance, UV protection, and reversible wood grain/grooved finish.

You may also require T Clips or hidden metal fixings and screws , starter clips , Starter boards or fascia boards.
